150 Years of Community Spirit
Volunteers are at the Heart of Beaver Valley Fall Fair’s Success

Every year, a number of local volunteers give hours of their time to help ensure that the Fair runs, and runs well. Without them, we would not be where we are today, celebrating 150 years of Fall Fairs in the Beaver Valley.

Every member of the Agricultural Society is a volunteer, from the President down to the Chair of each of the classes. Some give more of their time than others but every minute is so appreciated.

This year is no different. We want you, we need you!

We Have Volunteer Openings

  • Gatekeepers, selling tickets at points of entry into the Fair
  • General Volunteers, helping out with various events throughout the year
  • Board Members, attending approximately 10 meetings per year, helping to organize and run the Fair
  • Secretary, looks after the Board Members, records minutes at all Board and General Membership meetings, receives correspondence and runs the office during the Fair. Nominal honorarium paid.

Please reach out to a member of the Agricultural Society or email us at fallfairbeavervalley@gmail.com.
